Surevdham Ashram
Surevdham ashram is an ashram situated on Drafad river just outside the village of Chaparda in Visavadar Taluka of Junagadh District. The ashram dates back to about 150 years where spiritual souls, often self-realized, have lived in this small ashram. It has a very peaceful atmosphere surrounded by a lot of greenery, flora and fauna. At the centre of the ashram is the 150 years old pipal tree with its branches spanning about 30 metres in all direction which creates an oasis of peace and coolness on a hot sunny day. Huge numbers of birds flock to the ashram in search of food and shelter.
