Pujya Muktanandji is a unique personality and differs greatly from the usual men in ‘saffron robes’. He is a very ‘down to earth’ person and lives in the reality of the present moment. His mission is not to build temples or places of religious significance but to cater for the needs of the locals at the present moment.

Bapu’s Biography

Pujya Muktanandji was born on 17th May 1959 in a small village called Sarsai in Visavadar Taluka, Junagadh District. He studied at Sarsai Primary School. Whilst at school, he started visiting an ashram in Chaparda called Surevdham Ashram which was 4 km away from Sarsai. The Ashram was located between Ambajal River and Drafad River. Due to the beautiful location and peaceful nature of the Ashram, Pujya Muktanandji was attracted towards the Ashram.
